Users must ensure that traffic originating from their EBS to the MRA e-Invoicing System is free from viruses, malwares, intrusions, Bots/C&C threats and so on.
Users must guarantee that all invoicing transactions are correctly and continuously recorded in real time on the MRA e-Invoicing System.
For that purpose, the EBS of the user will interface with the web services provided by the MRA for submitting invoice transactions.
Users will be required to make necessary changes to their EBS in order to submit invoices/receipts.
Users registered on the MRA e-Invoicing Portal should not share their username and password.
Users are fully responsible for their activities while using the MRA e-Invoicing Portal.
MRA reserves the right
• to block/suspend traffic from EBS if malicious traffic impacting the MRA e-Invoicing System is detected
• to take appropriate legal action against anyone who does not abide to the terms and conditions
Privacy
MRA will process all personal data in accordance with MRA privacy policy, in particular MRA will not collect more of the user's personal information than needed for the purpose of e-invoicing in Mauritius.
By making use of the MRA e-Invoicing System, the user gives their free consent to abide by the rules, regulations, policies and obligations as mandated by MRA, as the case may be.
By making use of the MRA e-Invoicing System, it is assumed that the user has read the terms and conditions and shall be held responsible in case of violation of the same.
